Access
The property is located 30mn from Marseille-Provence airport, 90 mn from Nice airport, 25 mn from Aix en Provence TGV station.
On site reception
Joy will greetyou and show you around the property, the park, and advise you on activities, places to visit and services you may need.
Joy is perfectly bilingual in French and English.
The Farmhouse
Services included:
- Bed linen (beds will be made up on arrival)
- Bathroom linen (bath and shower towels, guest towels)
- Beach towels
- Toiletries (hand wash, shower gel, shampoo)
- Cleaning at the end of your stay (cleaning supplies are available in the laundry rooms for daily cleaning)
Kid friendly
Baby equipment on request: cot, bed linen and towels, high chair
Available in the house: 2 cots, 2 high chairs, 1 changing table, 1 baby bath, bottle warmer, baby phone.
Pets
Your dog (small breeds) is accepted if it is used to living indoors.
External facilities
Swimming pool, table football, table tennis, petanque area
Payment and Cancellation Terms
Booking Deposit: 50% of the total amount is payable upon signing the contract.
Cancellation Terms:
In case of cancellation at least 45 days before the stay: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation at least 15 days before the stay: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation within 14 days before the stay, the deposit is non-refundable.
Rental Payment:
The remaining balance of the rental must be paid before arrival.
Security Deposit:
The security deposit is €3000.
It can be provided:
– by cheque (not cashed and returned upon departure)
– by bank transfer made before arrival (returned 48/72 hours after departure)
In case of damage to the property, furniture, or fixtures, the security deposit may be retained partially or in full.
